Barry Luce, co-owner of Fargo Bay Properties, along with Kathy Zimmerman, forged ahead and purchased a RE/MAX franchise in spring of 2003. The spring of 2007 they expanded into a new office at their current location. 

Since opening the real estate office, they have been able to capture almost 30% of the real estate market in the Lake Mills and Jefferson county area.  Their relationship goes back almost 20 years, as Kathy was the agent who sold Barry and his partner Tom Boycks, the Fargo Mansion , in 1985.  The Mansion has been the corner stone of our company ever since.  This Bed and Breakfast has become a home away from home for many of our guests over the past 17 years. It’s amazing to think that the woman that started all of this by selling us the Mansion almost 20 years ago is now a partner in one of our family businesses.
